As more school districts implement Grow Your Own teacher programs, Morehead State University is implementing a model that arranges dual credit instruction within the Teaching and Learning Career pathway as well as cohort building within Educators Rising. There will be a discussion on how to incorporate service opportunities while meeting observation hours requirements. This is an opportunity to connect students and teachers with a larger community of next-generation education leaders and provide an enhanced experience that benefits all.
