This session showcases how AI can support employability and workforce-readiness skills through a student-built business simulation. Participants will see how students use AI to identify business roles, create job descriptions and postings, develop interview questions, and conduct mock interviews with peers. The focus is on using AI as a guided thinking toolnot a shortcutto help students understand hiring expectations and practice real-world professional skills. Attendees will leave with a replicable framework and classroom prompts adaptable across CTE and business courses.
