About me
Tracy Parks is a Coaching Coordinator for the Office of Special Education and Early Learning’s (OSEEL) Transition Education Unit. She has 20 years of experience in public education, including roles as a CTE principal, MTSS coordinator, data visualization specialist, and dual-certified biology/chemistry teacher. Her experience centers on instructional coaching, curriculum design, and the development of data systems to support continuous improvement. Tracy holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Morehead State University, an Ed.S. in Education Administration and Supervision from Eastern Kentucky University, and an M.A. in Literacy Specialization from the University of the Cumberlands.
