2026 KACTE Summer Program

I am a leadership development and agricultural education professional focused on strengthening systems, building partnerships, and creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders. In my current role with the National FFA Organization, I work at the intersection of state engagement, strategic relationships, and program impact—supporting state associations and advancing initiatives that reach students nationwide. My work is grounded in a deep belief that agricultural education is one of the most powerful tools we have to develop confident, capable leaders. Prior to joining the national organization, I served as both a classroom agricultural educator and in a state-level role in South Carolina, where I supported teachers, developed programs, and worked to expand opportunities for student growth and success. These experiences continue to shape my approach—ensuring that strategy remains grounded in the realities of the classroom and the needs of educators and students. I bring experience in program development, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement, along with a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement. I hold a Master of Agricultural Education from Clemson University. At the core of my work is a simple goal: to help others find their potential and create pathways for them to succeed.
