About me
Callie Miracle serves as the Director of Implementation for the Kentucky Chamber Foundation, where she leads the day-to-day strategy, implementation, and oversight of the Foundation’s education and talent initiatives across the Commonwealth. A proud native Kentuckian, Callie is passionate about helping create opportunities for students, job seekers, employers, and communities across the state. In her role, she leads a team focused on building strong connections between education and industry, supporting employers, and helping communities respond to Kentucky’s evolving talent needs through collaborative, employer driven strategies. Together, the Foundation supports statewide initiatives that engage employers, educators, students, and community leaders in building stronger pathways to opportunity across Kentucky.Callie enjoys bringing people together around practical solutions that help move Kentucky forward and believes some of the best ideas come from strong partnerships and collaboration. Since joining the Kentucky Chamber in 2022, Callie has served in a variety of leadership roles, working alongside employers, educators, and community partners to help create stronger pathways to opportunity across Kentucky. Prior to joining the Kentucky Chamber Foundation, she spent eight years with Junior Achievement, where she worked extensively in financial literacy, career readiness, and education programming for students across Kentucky.Callie is a graduate of Western Kentucky University (Go Tops… although she still bleeds blue), where she earned her degree in Public Relations. Outside of work, Callie enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and visiting Disney World as often as possible.
